Vincent A. Antoniello is Counsel to the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. Mr. Antoniello represents employers in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings, defending management against claims of discrimination, hostile work environment, workplace harassment, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims. He also counsels management in a wide array of employment law issues, including terminations, discipline, workplace harassment, and employment-related agreements.

Previously, from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Antoniello served as an associate in the Lowenstein Sandler Litigation Department, practicing primarily commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Antoniello returned to Lowenstein Sandler after serving for nearly two years as an associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Connell Foley, LLP in the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office.

Mr. Antoniello serves as the Young Lawyer Trustee for the Essex County Bar Association, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
