Traci M. Tomaselli is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler's Specialty Finance Group. She focuses her practice on the representation of publicly-traded and privately-held companies in various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and securities offerings. Ms. Tomaselli’s practice also includes representing issuers and investors in venture capital transactions. She has successfully consummated numerous merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital transactions, public offerings and private placements.
Ms. Tomaselli advises companies in connection with matters involving corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley, regulatory compliance (including SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ matters) and various other aspects of federal securities laws, including periodic reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, reporting obligations of directors and executive officers and proxy solicitations.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Tomaselli was a senior associate at the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.
