Lowenstein Sandler will host The New Jersey Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society presentation, "The Tenth Anniversary of September 11th: A Constitution Day Discussion." Professor Jonathan Hafetz, Associate Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, will lead discussion on national security and the constitution. Mr. Hafetz has focused his legal career on issues of national security, human rights, immigration and the Constitution.
