Other speakers include Chief Judge Brown and Magistrate Bongiovanni. Panelists will come together to share their experiences with the District's new Local Patent Rules, considered amendments and practical tips for dealing with patent litigation in one of the most active patent venues nationwide. 2 NY/NJ CLE credits will be available.
