Stuart S. Yusem is a senior counsel at Lowenstein Sandler with a practice focused in the areas of real estate, banking and commercial transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in a broad range of financing types, including working capital, project finance, real estate and construction lending. Stuart also represents parties to commercial real estate transactions. He has recently devoted substantial attention to highly leveraged financings on behalf of buyers of manufacturing assets in multinational transactions.
