Steven N. Papera is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Securities and Investment Management Groups.

Mr. Papera has broad experience in business planning and corporate transactional practice, representing both buyers and sellers in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. He also has experience assisting clients in the organization of joint ventures, including the negotiation of buy-sell arrangements, shareholder agreements and limited liability company operating agreements.

Mr. Papera also has experience assisting clients with the formation and operation of hedge funds and private equity funds.
