Siobhan McCleary is Senior Counsel in Lowenstein Sandler's Tech Group. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions with an emphasis on venture capital, angel investing and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. McCleary represents private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies as well as investment banks in connection with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. She also often serves as outside general counsel to emerging, growth and later-stage privately held technology and biotechnology companies in all aspects of the business cycle, from formation to an initial public offering or acquisition, including start-up counseling, venture capital financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Lowenstein's Tech Group, she practiced at a large New York-based law firm.
