Suzanne Iazzetta is an associate in the Lowenstein Sandler Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization & Creditors' Rights Group.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Iazzetta served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Hon. Katharine S. Hayden of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Iazzetta served as a Law Clerk at Litvak and Trifiolis in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, and as an Intern at the Office of the Public Defender in Somerset County, New Jersey.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Iazzetta was involved in a variety of business and educational ventures. From 2000 to 2004, Ms. Iazzetta ran her own privately-held company, providing accounting and tax services to small businesses. Prior, Ms. Iazzetta served as Managing Vice President of Hi-Seas Industries, Inc., an import/export company based in New York City, where she oversaw complete day-to-day operations and managed corporate litigation with outside counsel. In addition, Ms. Iazzetta has served as an instructor of computer networking classes at Millenium Institute of Technology in Jersey City, New Jersey.
