Steven B. Fuerst has more than 25 years experience representing closely held business organizations. His practice includes representing clients in connection with governance issues and in dispute resolution, business mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation issues, licensing and related contractual matters. Additionally, he has practiced in the field of creditor and debtor rights in both the Bankruptcy and Chancery Courts, with particular emphasis on bank representations in workouts, foreclosure actions, financing and lender liability cases. His practice also includes representations of commercial land developers and the general practice of real estate. He is a partner in the firm's Somerville office and chairs the firm's Closely Held Business Practice Group.
