Suna Chang is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Chang practiced at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York (2005-2007). While there, she represented issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Chang was a senior writer for Allure (1999-2000), a correspondent for Entertainment Weekly (1997-1999), and a feature writer for The Star Ledger (1996-1997), where she received 2nd place in the Robert E. Kelly Award for Feature Writing (1997).
