Stephanie L. Aranyos is an Associate in the firm's Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. Ms. Aranyos represents management throughout the United States in virtually all aspects of labor and employment law and employment litigation. Ms. Aranyos' practice includes defending employers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies in employment discrimination, wage and hour, employment contract, wrongful discharge, workplace defamation, and other workplace law matters, as well as litigating restrictive covenant issues. She also represents employers in labor law matters including union organizing cases, unfair labor practice charges, secondary boycotts, picketing, strikes, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations.
In addition, Ms. Aranyos counsels management concerning employment and labor law issues in employee terminations, workforce reductions, corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcies. She advises employers concerning employment discrimination, sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, human resources administration and policies, employee handbooks, family and medical leave, independent contractor matters, wage and hour issues, and compliance with federal, state and local employment and labor laws and regulations.
