Rohini K. Garg is a registered Patent Agent in the Tech Group. Ms. Garg’s practice focuses on patent law. 

Ms. Garg has prepared, filed and prosecuted several hundred domestic and foreign patent applications in a broad range of technologies including telecommunications, computer software and hardware, semiconductor, business method, mechanical, wireless communications and protocols. Her experience also includes managing patent portfolios and patent dockets for clients, providing patent analysis and legal support to assertion and licensing groups. Ms. Garg’s experience further includes preparation of patentability opinions, infringement and validity opinions.

Before joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Garg held a position as a patent agent with Hoffmann & Baron LLP. Prior to Hoffmann & Baron, Ms. Garg held a position as a patent agent in AT&T Corp. Ms. Garg also has experience as an Engineering Patent Examiner in the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
