Rich Bodnar is an associate in Lowenstein Sandler’s Litigation Department. Rich has experience in state and federal matters, including securities litigation, earn-out disputes, and consumer fraud actions. Rich is actively involved in litigation issues surrounding the People’s Republic of China, and works with investors and companies engaged in cross-border interactions involving China. He can often be found at events involving Asia in New York.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Rich was a law clerk at the Morris County Prosecutor’s office. He was also a summer associate at Lowenstein Sandler.
