Peter J. Fusco, Member of the firm, practices in Lowenstein Sandler's Corporate Department and its Tech Group. Mr. Fusco advises on all stages of venture capital transactions, including seed and angel investments, traditional and corporate venture capital investments, private placements, strategic partner investments and related financing alternatives. He represents venture funds, placement agents, private equity funds and early- to growth- stage venture and private-equity backed technology companies, and has helped our clients succeed in more than 100 transactions in the past several years. Mr. Fusco also counsels clients on pre-incorporation planning, technology-driven joint ventures, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, medical devices, defense technologies, IT/software and communications.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler PC, Mr. Fusco practiced in the New York office of Brown Raysman LLP.
