Peter J. Fusco is Counsel to the firm’s Corporate Group and a member of the Tech Group. Mr. Fusco’s practice concentrates on all aspects of private equity transactions, including seed and angel investments, traditional and corporate venture capital investments, private placements, strategic partner investments and related financing alternatives. Mr. Fusco has represented multiple New York investment banks, placement agents, private equity funds and technology companies in connection with all facets of private equity financing in more than 100 transactions in the past several years. Mr. Fusco also has experience in counseling clients in connection with technology-driven joint ventures, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fusco’s practice encompasses a wide array of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, defense technologies, software and communications. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler PC, Mr. Fusco practiced in the New York office of Brown Raysman LLP.
