Tala Ismail works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.
Passionate about her volunteer work, Tala founded a 501c3 scholarship to benefit students enrolled in New Jersey law schools who are committed to Arab American community empowerment. She has worked with the Palestinian American Community Center, Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, and in project development within refugee camps in Southern Lebanon.
Tala is fluent in Arabic.
