With more than 30 years of experience in handling commercial real estate and lending transactions, Stuart has the knowledge, judgment, and insight to successfully counsel clients in real estate purchases, dispositions, and leasing matters, as well as in real estate and general financing transactions.
Stuart's recent representation includes primary responsibility to negotiate and close term and revolving facilities totaling several hundred million dollars on behalf of an internationally based petrochemical producer and to assist the same producer in the acquisition of production facilities in the United States. His practice regularly includes transactions involving complex leasing issues in the commercial and industrial sectors, and purchases and sales of commercial and industrial realty on behalf of users and investors. Stuart devotes a substantial part of his practice to a broad range of financing scenarios, including working capital, project finance, real estate, and construction lending.
