Rachel Moseson Dikovics represents corporations, government entities, and individuals in internal and external investigations, white collar criminal defense matters, regulatory compliance matters, and complex commercial litigation. Her investigative experience includes matters involving serious employee misconduct, shareholder demands, regulatory compliance, and criminal allegations. 

Rachel provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice, leveraging her experience across all phases of complex litigation and regulatory matters to achieve her clients’ objectives efficiently and effectively.

Committed to pro bono work, Rachel is particularly passionate about representing domestic violence victims and protecting voting rights. She helped lead the firm’s election protection efforts related to the New Jersey presidential primary and the general election in 2020. Additionally, Rachel serves on the Executive Board of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), which provides a wide range of programming and facilitates mentorship of and by the firm’s female attorneys. Through WIN, she has had the opportunity to participate in various speaking engagements, including CLEs.

Rachel served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and worked as an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her legal career, she worked for the late U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg, where she assisted in managing outreach to hundreds of regional constituents and handled an extensive caseload involving the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense.
