Louise Gong represents fund and investor clients, bringing her extensive experience in private equity merger and acquisitions, cross border transactions, foreign direct investment, and funds related work. She has counseled a wide range of clients including private equity firms, state owned enterprises and private and public companies on every stage of a deal cycle including non-disclosure, vendor engagements, commercial agreements and regulatory compliance.

Active in pro bono work, she assists nonprofit organizations such as Sanctuary for Families and Immigration Equality on asylum and immigration cases.

Prior to joining Lowenstein, Louise managed the China practice at an Am Law Global 100 firm in the United States, where she focused on domestic and international transactions. She has also practiced corporate law at leading firms in Beijing, China; Melbourne, Australia; and New York City.
