Henry Xu counsels investors, founders, and management teams of emerging and established companies on transactional corporate matters, including structuring, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.

He has experience with entity formation, investment adviser registration, regulatory filings, AML, and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Henry interned at DoorDash, where he assisted with their autonomous vehicle implementation, HSA and FSA product eligibility, and alcohol data retention standards. Henry also interned at Redwood Trust, where he assisted with proposed transaction structures, equity capitalization tables, and the due diligence process; as well as in a title insurance company, where he negotiated commercial contracts and NDAs in the tech sector.

Henry is proficient in Taishanese.
