Alex Viner’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate.
Alex’s experience includes the representation of institutional and non-institutional clients in the leasing and subleasing of office and retail space throughout the United States. He drafts and negotiates loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees, promissory notes and environmental indemnity agreements, as well as commercial lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
He is fluent in Russian.
