Alex brings a passion for technology and entrepreneurship to his representation of startups and venture investors. Alex's practice focuses primarily on counseling startups throughout their entire life cycle, from incorporation to exit, along with representing venture investors in financing transactions.
For clients nearing an exit, Alex brings significant experience working on mergers and acquisitions. He also provides practical legal solutions regarding various matters associated with executive compensation and employee benefits.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Alex was a corporate associate at a large technology and life sciences law firm headquartered in California. He also held internships with several large tech companies, including Electronic Arts, Cisco Systems, and Marvell Semiconductor.
