Alan Sun represents companies and investors in private equity and PIPE deals, as well as complex transactional, restructuring, and corporate matters.

Alan has led deal teams in public and private acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience with joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, tender and exchange offers, divestitures, carve-outs, take-private transactions, and other debt and equity financings, as well as restructurings, private equity investments, and offerings of equity and debt securities.

A former associate in the M&A departments of two Am Law 50 firms, Alan has a strong background in the drafting and negotiation of a wide array of transactional documents and in counseling publicly traded companies on general corporate and financial disclosure matters.

While attending Harvard Law School, Alan served as a research associate for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and as a teaching fellow for the Department of Economics.
