Abram’s practice focuses on an extensive range of real estate matters, including leasing, joint ventures, property acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financing (both borrower and lender-side), and developments. He represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions—primarily involving office and retail asset classes.
Abram is experienced in negotiating acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family residential, hotel, retail, office, and industrial properties; joint ventures on behalf of both developers and investors; and financings throughout all stages of a project, from acquisition through stabilization and refinancings of stabilized assets.
He is conversant in Mandarin.
