Women’s Initiative

At Lowenstein Sandler, recruiting, developing, and retaining women talent is a strategic priority. Our Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) is a grassroots program that is designed to empower and support our women lawyers to achieve and facilitate both professional and personal success. WIN programming and efforts are designed and organized by a committee of women from a cross section of the firm that includes diverse practice areas, levels of seniority, and office geography. The WIN mission is to create an environment that fosters personal connections, trust, camaraderie, and networking opportunities. We achieve that mission through formal programming, monthly lunches, and intimate discussion groups, that create natural and meaningful mentoring relationships that will enable our women lawyers to develop and flourish as leaders in and outside of the firm.
