Lowenstein Sandler represented Guilford Mills, a global leader in automotive and specialty fabrics, and portfolio company of longtime firm client Cerberus Capital Management L.P., in its acquisition by Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA), a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems. The $257 million deal closed May 31, 2012. The Lowenstein team included Peter Ehrenberg, Michael J. Reinhardt, Richard Bernstein, Lowell A. Citron, Norman W. Spindel, Mark H. Holdsworth, Anita L.
