The Hispanic National Bar Association, and its affiliate the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, hosted the 3rd Annual Midyear Corporate Counsel Conference in Jersey City last week. Lowenstein Sandler was a sponsor of the four-day event, which drew a record 800-plus members, dignitaries, sponsors and guests, including New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, U.S. Senator Robert Menendez, U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz, U.S. Attorney Wifredo Ferrer, and many others from across the nation. Among the many conference highlights were a historic visit and a reception at the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island.
