Lowenstein Sandler is representing its client Princeton Pharma Holdings LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Aton Pharma, Inc., in the pending acquisition of Princeton Pharma by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, a public pharmaceutical company. The $318 million, all cash deal, closed in May 2010. The Lowenstein team includes Peter H. Ehrenberg, Ethan A. Skerry, Steven N. Papera, Matthew Siccardi, Brian A. Silikovitz, Richard J. Horne, Christine Osvald-Mruz and Nicolas G. Mehler.
