Lowenstein Sandler's Tech Group represented Insight Venture Partners, as lead investor, in the recent Twitter deal, which, according to the press, closed at a valuation of $1 billion. The bi-coastal Tech Group team included Ed Zimmerman, Kathi Rawnsley (in Palo Alto), David Haber, Pete Fusco, Byron Hing (Palo Alto), Eric Weiner, and Christina Mueller, with subject matter expertise provided by Mark Kesslen and Dan Sierchio (IP).
