Published by Thomson West and co-authored by Tod I. Zuckerman and Christopher Keegan, Insurance Coverage for Intellectual Property and Cyber Claims is targeted to new and experienced insurance coverage practitioners. The book examines a broad range of coverage and litigation issues concerning intellectual property and cyber insurance including privacy, data, intellectual property infringement and computer disruption.
Mr. Chesler has more than 25 years of experience in insurance law. He represents policyholders in a broad variety of coverage claims against their insurers, and advises companies with respect to their insurance programs. He recently published a series of four articles in Bloomberg Law Reports: Insurance on cyber insurance.
