2021 marks the tenth year in a row that Lowenstein Sandler has been named to NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the large-company category (employers with 250+ employees). The annual ranking identifies and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy and workforce.

The rankings of the 120 Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on September 9, 2021, at The Event Center @iPA in Freehold, New Jersey.

“Considering the challenges of 2020 and beyond, it is an honor once again to be named one of the best places to work in New Jersey,” says Gary M. Wingens, Lowenstein’s Chair and Managing Partner. “Throughout the pandemic and as we start to return to the office, we have remained committed to our people: their safety and health, their professional development, and their personal growth and satisfaction. Together, we have learned how to navigate everything from remote court hearings and client meetings to the best way to listen to each other while discussing the difficult topics raised by last year’s news events. These ongoing conversations have succeeded in strengthening our ties to one another, as well as to our clients and our communities.”

“Our lawyers and business professionals repeatedly say they love working here,” says Lowenstein Chief Human Resources Officer Donatella Verrico. “We are proud that, with so many options available, the best legal and business professionals continue to choose our firm as the place to begin, continue, and sustain their careers. Employees at all levels and across departments consistently tell us they value the firm’s culture of inclusivity and innovation, competitive compensation, diversified benefits, professional development programs, and overall collegial environment.”

Based upon participation with the Best Places to Work survey, from fellow BridgeTower Media firm Best Companies Group, the 2021 NJBIZ Best Places to Work honorees across small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249 employees) and large (more than 250 employees) employers are determined from the highest authority on the subject: their own employees. The program confidentially collects data, allowing workers to share feedback about their employers and offering those companies an opportunity to learn from and act on that knowledge.
