Robert Chesler will participate in the panel discussion “Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill: The Legal Fall Out" at the New Jersey Environmental Inn of Court meeting. The panel will provide an overview of the existing legal framework related to the disaster, including the Oil Pollution Act and other federal and state laws, the role of government in regulating and responding to disasters, and claims process and litigation. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 2 CLE credits.
