Bruce Nathan will speak at the NACM Annual Credit Workshop and Luncheon on “The Critical Role of Creditor’s Committees in Chapter 11 Cases and the Benefits of Participation.” The program will focus on how creditors’ committees can keep unsecured creditor rights safe and will address how creditors are selected for committee membership, the pros and cons of serving on a committee and the role of committee professionals and their exchanges with members.
