Matthew Savare is an associate in the Litigation and Corporate Departments. In his capacity as a corporate associate, Mr. Savare focuses his practice on intellectual property and media and entertainment issues including trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, licensing, and contract drafting and negotiation. Specifically, he prosecutes trademark and copyright registrations, counsels clients on trademark strategies, drafts privacy policies and web site agreements, and drafts and negotiates licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and entertainment contracts. As a litigation associate, Mr. Savare handles various intellectual property, privacy, and complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Savare worked for six years for the Department of the Army at Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey, negotiating and drafting contracts for Night Vision equipment and services.
