Michael A. Norwick practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and has ten years of experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. His practice focuses on the litigation of copyright, trademark, trade secret, defamation defense and First Amendment matters. Mr. Norwick has represented businesses, website operators, and other individuals in disparagement, invasion of privacy, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and intellectual property lawsuits, and in a variety of other commercial disputes.
Mr. Norwick is co-author of the New Jersey section of the Media Law Resource Center's Annual 50-State Survey of Media Privacy and Related Law. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler in 1998, Mr. Norwick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leonard S. Sachar, New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Law Division. While attending law school, Mr. Norwick was a member of the George Washington Law Review.
