Martha L. Lester is Chair of the Employment Law Practice Group and a member of the Corporate Department. Ms. Lester serves on the firm's Executive, Management, and Strategic Planning Committees and chairs the firm's Associate Life and Training Committee and the Women Lawyers of Lowenstein Sandler. Ms. Lester is the Executive Editor of the two editions of The Practical Guide to Federal and New Jersey Employment Law: The Employer's Resource. She provides general counsel and special projects advice in connection with complex employment-related matters to professional, business and banking clients. Ms. Lester was featured in the 2005 issue of New Jersey Super Lawyers in the Labor and Employment section of the publication.
