Lowenstein Sandler is hosting a training session by Lawyers Serving Warriors. As many as 3,000 New Jersey residents serving in the military will be returning from deployment in 2010 and 2011, many facing significant challenges from severe physical and mental injuries suffered in combat. Lowenstein Sandler has teamed up with the New Jersey State Bar Association in connection with the New Jersey Military Legal Assistance Program to provide pro bono legal representation to injured soldiers returning from active duty with injuries entitling them to military benefits.
