Mark A. Holdsworth is Senior Counsel to the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Holdsworth focuses his practice on the employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, restructurings, spin-offs and other corporate transactions. His work also includes designing equity-based compensation plans and employment, retention, consulting, termination, severance and change-in-control agreements. In addition, Mr. Holdsworth advises on the structure, implementation and administration of equity, deferred compensation and other incentive compensation plans.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Holdsworth was Special Counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York City.
