Mathew B. Hoffman is a Member of Lowenstein Sandler PC in New York, New York, where he is a member of the firm's Specialty Finance Group and Investment Management Group. Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience representing issuers and investors in all types of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, venture capital and private equity investments, PIPE transactions and other securities offerings. Mr. Hoffman focuses his practice on general corporate transactional, M&A and capital raising activities, as well as advising hedge and private equity funds on fund and related compliance matters.

Mr. Hoffman is the former General Counsel of Prentice Capital Management, LP, a New York-based investment fund focused on investments in the consumer and retail sector.
