Michael A. Buxbaum is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Buxbaum has extensive transactional experience in the areas of corporate, real estate, tax, banking, and health law, with an emphasis on emerging technology. Mr. Buxbaum has represented small and large business entities in mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and various other transactions, has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in various lending and restructuring transactions, and has represented various high-tech companies in technology transfer and licensing transactions.
