Michael A. Arana is Counsel in the firm’s Investment Management Group. Mr. Arana represents private equity funds and companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Arana worked for two leading New York City law firms where he handled a number of private equity fund formations, equity and debt financings and asset purchase deals, including a $1.7 billion acquisition of telephone exchange properties.
