Kelly Lloyd is a strategic thinker who is intensely focused on obtaining the best results for her clients, whether in the courtroom or through negotiation. For Kelly, learning what makes a client’s business tick—the practical opportunities and business concerns—is essential to developing a legal strategy that makes sense.
Kelly focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. She is a passionate advocate for her clients, representing individuals as well as businesses. Her client base runs the gamut from large multinational pharmaceutical and finance companies to family-owned enterprises. In addition to her business litigation practice, Kelly represents clients in structured finance and toxic tort litigation.
Kelly’s commitment to the legal profession includes pro bono matters. Most significantly, she helped draft an amicus brief to the New Jersey Supreme Court advocating for the rights of foster children. She also served as an Alan V. Lowenstein Fellow at Essex Newark Legal Services, where she tried cases and drafted appellate briefs on behalf of low-income residents of Essex County.
Kelly serves on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business and Commercial Litigation Committee.
