Karen R. Abraham, Esq. is Counsel to the Derivatives Practice Group and the firm's Investment Management Group. She has expertise in over-the-counter derivative trading agreements, including, but not limited to, ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Master Repurchase Agreements, Prime Brokerage Agreements and Master Confirmation Agreements.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Abraham was Director, Attorney at Merrill Lynch Hedge Fund Integration Services Inc. and an attorney at Axiom Legal.
Ms. Abraham holds a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College. She is admitted to practice in New York.
