John D. Hogoboom is a founding member of the Lowenstein Sandler Specialty Finance Group. He has over 20 years’ experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, representing issuers, underwriters and investors in a myriad of capital raising transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, PIPEs, private placements, secured and mezzanine debt and strategic investments. To date, Mr. Hogoboom has participated in over 100 PIPEs transactions.
Mr. Hogoboom also represents buyers and sellers in all types of acquisition and disposition transactions, both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Hogoboom is listed among The Best Lawyers in America in the 2007 and 2008 editions of the publication in both the corporate law and securities law categories.
