Joan Arbolante is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Tech Group. Joan focuses her practice on intellectual property matters including patent preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and support for patent litigation. Joan's focus areas include: computer architecture, software, networking, communications, business methods, electronic and computer hardware, semiconductor manufacturing, storage management software, storage hardware, wireless communications systems and devices, and Internet technologies.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Joan was an associate at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman and was previously a trademark law clerk at Yahoo!, Inc. While in law school, she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court.
