Inshirah A. Muhammad is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department.

Ms. Muhammad's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, and permanent financing. Research on questions arising out of commercial real property transactions, particularly on issues extending into the areas of finance, zoning and taxes. Ms. Muhammad's practice also involves structured finance transactions, including financing and securitization transactions with investment banks and institutional investors in securitized mortgage servicing transactions.

Ms. Muhammad was a summer associate with Lowenstein Sandler in 2005 and 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal intern with New York Legal Services in Brooklyn (2001). During law school, Ms. Muhammad served as a teaching associate for Rutgers' Legal Research & Writing Program.
