Lowenstein Sandler is hosting the Essex County Bar Foundation Seminar "Hearsay: Exceptions and Limitations, A General Discussion of Hearsay for Attorneys in All Practice Areas," part of the 2009-2010 Nuts and Bolts Series. The panel will review the cases and rules governing hearsay for civil, criminal and family practitioners, present an analytical approach to resolving evidential problems ranging from “hearsay within hearsay’ to expert’s reliance upon hearsay in offering opinions and clarify the limitations on the use of hearsay and hearsay exceptions under Crawford v. Washington and Agha v. Feiner.
