Gina M. Sarracino is Counsel to the firm's Litigation Department and a member of the firm's Employment Law Practice Group and Employment Litigation Group.  Ms. Sarracino represents employers in actions involving claims of discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination, as well as in contract disputes and other business torts.  Ms. Sarracino also counsels employers on various aspects of the employer/employee relationship, and drafts handbooks, policies and employment-related agreements.  Ms. Sarracino also has experience defending securities fraud class actions. 

In addition, Ms. Sarracino is a member of the firm's E-Discovery Task Force, and has conducted seminars and counsels clients on electronic discovery issues.   Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sarracino served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Barbara Byrd Wecker of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.
