Gina Perez Flynn has more than eight years of experience in corporate and securities law, including work in venture capital transactions and M&A. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, she worked at several top law firms as a corporate transactional attorney representing investors and businesses on issues ranging from private equity investments to intellectual property matters. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard, Massachusetts Superior Court in Cambridge, MA.
