Gal Davidovitch is an Associate in Lowenstein Sandler's Corporate Department. Mr. Davidovitch focuses his practice on public and private merger and acquisition transactions, securities law matters and corporate finance transactions, including PIPEs, registered direct transactions, IPOs and other securities offerings. In addition, Mr. Davidovitch advises companies and their boards on securities law compliance and corporate governance and assists them in the preparation of filings required under by the Securities and Exchange Commission’s periodic reporting system.

Mr. Davidovitch currently serves as an Associate Editor of DiversityisNatural.com, a firm-sponsored online publication dedicated to diversity-related topics in the legal profession.
